  • Our group has expanded to include the lower extremity. We are excited to bring our service and compassion to include the hip, knee, and foot.

  • Please call us at 305-667-8686, listen to the recording and follow the instructions and prompts. You can also click here to request an appointment via email.

  • Please find below the list of documents required for your file. We strongly encourage you to fill them out and return them to us prior to your visit in order to expedite the registration process.

    1) A government issued ID (a driver’s license is fine) and your insurance card.

    2) If your insurance requires a referral for the visit, please make sure to obtain one prior to the appointment. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure the referral is obtained and presented the by day of service.

    3) Minors must be accompanied by an adult authorized to make decisions regarding their medical care.

    4) A list of medications you are currently taking.

    5) Please print these forms, fill them out and bring them with you to your appointment:

  • We do our very best to minimize wait times for all our patients. However, our practice has a specialty in treating emergency cases. We accept emergency referrals daily from many other practices.

    As a result of this, wait times can vary.

  • Yes. All of our doctors and staff work with children.

  • No. We do not provide transportation to our office location.

  • Our team of doctors and clinical staff specialize in trauma to the hand and upper extremities as well as the foot and lower extremities. This includes fractures, dislocations, lacerations, congential deformities, ligament and tendon tears.

  • The Miami Bone and Joint Institute specializes in the entire upper and lower extremity; this includes the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, clavicle, foot, ankle, tibia, knee, femur and hip
